Some reasons why you would consider finance.

·         The main reason for finance is simply that you want to buy the equipment, but you either haven’t got the cash – or you don’t want to use your own cash – so you in effect borrow the money to pay for the equipment.

·         Lease finance and Hire purchase is a quick, efficient and often cheaper alternative to traditional bank finance.

·         To reduce your tax liability as part of the management of your business.

·         To match the cost of equipment with income.

Different ways to remove wine stains

Wine stains will happen to the best of us, it’s inevitable if you like to enjoy a glass every now and then and you will then need to deal with cleaning the spillage up.
But no need to panic if a bit of wine does get spilt on your favourite white shirt or your table cloth or any other washable fabric, we have some wine stain removal tips for you below:

Salt
Particularly good for getting stains from carpets due to their unmovable nature, but will also work on other fabrics. As soon as possible after spilling gently blot or dab the stain (do not rub, this will only make it worse) and get up as much as you can. The salt will soak up the excess liquid and stop it from penetrating the fibres and as it dries should essentially suck up the stain, after it has dried and done its job simply vacuum up.

If you are using this method on fabric than be handle and manoeuvred then a good way to remove the stain is to pull the fabric taught and centre the stain over a bowl and then secure the fabric around the bowl with elastic bands, keeping it as taut as possible. Repeat the salt process but once complete slowly pour boiling water from a height of around 8 inches over the stain to further flush out any wine that may be left and then wash using a hot setting.

White Vinegar and Detergent
A good one for cloths, simply cover the stain in white vinegar which will neutralise the pigments of colour in the red wine. As soon as the vinegar has been applied to it will then be time to rub a liquid detergent in to the stain. Once done launder on a hot setting and the stain should be gone.

Bleach
Though using bleach is not a recommendation for most stains it is the best bet for getting red wine stains out of white fabrics. All you need to do is to soak the fabric in bleach for around 10 minutes and then wash in hot water and the stain will disappear.

Delicate Fabrics
If you have stained something a little more delicate such as silk it may be a better idea to get the fabric professionally cleaned as the above methods are more suited to commons fabrics such as polyester and cotton.

If any of these methods aren’t available to you or do not quite get the stain out then applying a stain removal product is your best course of action, but please remember to follow the manufacturer’s directions for best results.

These tips will hopefully ease the anxiety of spilling any wine in the future, because even if you do spill it you will know how to deal with it.
